Practically, that means KP Singh handles your file personally, from the first conversation about what you are trying to do, through lender selection and the application, to settlement and the annual rate check afterwards. There is no handover to a processing team you have never spoken to.
Because the practice covers residential, commercial and asset lending, the same person sees how the pieces interact. Buying a work vehicle in March can quietly reduce what you can borrow for a house in July, and that is the kind of thing worth knowing in advance.

The advertised rate is the easiest thing to compare and rarely the thing that costs you most. Loan structure, fees and lender policy decide what you can do next year.
Do the chasing
Applications stall on missing paperwork and unanswered assessor questions. That is our job to carry, not something to forward to you and hope.
